Where do you ship?

Right now, we only sell and ship to addresses in the United States.  

How long does shipping take?

Onana is a print-on-demand business, meaning that all of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 48 hours and sent to the manufacturer to make your item. Our items come from different manufacturers, meaning that the manufacturing process will vary. Once the item is ready, the standard shipping time is up to 8 days. Where possible, we will route the manufacture to a US-based provider closest to your delivery address in order to expedite the process.  Most items will arrive within 2 weeks. If you have not received your item within 3 weeks, please reach out to us by filling out a contact form on our website. 

Can I get my product sent faster?

Since our products are made-to-order, please allow the required time frame to produce your product. Some products do have an expedited shipping option, guaranteeing delivery in 2-5 days, which you can select during check out. Please understand that selecting this option will not expedite the processing or the manufacturing process; only the time that the item takes to get to your address once it's shipped out.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $100 ship free with standard shipping. For orders under $100, there is a flat fee of $7.99.  An economy option exists for some products for $4.75  

 

We reserve the right to change and update our policies, including shipping and processing times and cost, at any time, with or without notice. Already placed orders will not be affected and will be subject to the policies that existed when the order was placed.
